Flower Series |

Fruit Series |

The Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Series are Polaroid transfers scanned and reprinted on watercolor paper. I love the painterly look. The small ones look like watercolors but when blown up it increases the painterly look—so that the work seems to transcend from photography to painting in the viewers eyes.

These unique works of art are 8" x 8" squares. Photographs of flowers are mounted to a board and sealed with a permanent glossy finish. The effect is stunning and yet difficult to show with a web based photo.

Mannequin Series
| |

The Mannequin series are Selenium toned, silver gelatin prints. The mannequins captured my imagination…a whole building of used mannequins, many with broken or missing parts. They almost looked like dominos, if one fell, many would follow. I was taken he juxtaposition of them, so human looking—like they wanted to tell me a story.
